Item Warranty

All our products come with a warranty against material and manufacturing defects provided by our suppliers. The estimated time for warranty processing can take up to a month. The warranty solution is provided directly by the supplier, and the customer must bear the cost of shipping the product for review. Contact us for information on low-cost shipping options.

Surfboard Warranty

All our surfboards are covered by warranty under the following conditions:

• The warranty covers factory material defects for 1 year, subject to confirmation by the respective brand.
• The warranty is valid only with the attached purchase receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use of the boards.
• Breakages caused by impacts, falls, natural disasters, misuse, or poor maintenance.
• Damage from prolonged exposure to the sun, hot water, or high temperatures, or from leaving the board inside a car under the sun.
• Damage resulting from using the boards for purposes beyond their original design.
• Personal or material damage resulting from improper use of the boards.

Tablas Surf Company S.L. is not responsible for damages not approved by the respective brand’s technical service. This warranty is only valid for the first buyer and becomes void if the board is resold.
