Surftech EU provides the content and services available on the Website, subject to these General Terms of Use and the General Terms of Contracting, as well as the policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”). Access to this Website or its use in any way grants you the status of “User” and implies the unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these General Terms of Use, with Surftech EU reserving the right to modify them at any time.

These General Terms of Contracting and use are intended to regulate the provision of information provided in the Surftech EU online store as well as the commercial transactions that arise between Surftech EU and the users of the domain www.surftecheurope.com.

Consequently, it is the responsibility of every User to carefully read the General Terms of Use and General Terms of Contracting in force each time they access this Website, so if you do not agree with any of them, you should refrain from using this Website.

  2. Get information about the surf school, available courses, prices, schedules, and surf equipment rental.
  3. Read news and updates related to activities and events.

03 - PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

When it is necessary to provide personal data to access certain content or services, Users will guarantee their truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity, and validity.

SURFTECH EU is responsible for the personal data file of the website users; and it also manages the orders placed through www.surftecheurope.com.

The data provided by users will form part of a file duly notified to the Data Protection Agency, and Surftech EU will give such data the automated processing that corresponds according to its nature or purpose, under the terms indicated in the Privacy Policy section.

05 - OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE WEBSITE USER

The user is generally obliged to comply with these Conditions as well as to comply with the special warnings or instructions for use contained therein or on the Website, and to always act in accordance with the law, good customs, and the requirements of good faith, using due diligence and refraining from using the Website in any way that may prevent, damage, or impair its normal operation, the goods or rights of SURFTECH EU, its suppliers, other users, or any third party in general. The User specifically agrees to:

VII. Is protected by intellectual or industrial protection legislation belonging to SURFTECH EU or third parties without having been authorized for the intended use.

VIII. Is contrary to the honor, personal and family privacy, or the image of individuals.

IX. Constitutes any type of advertising.

X. Includes any type of virus or program that prevents the normal functioning of the Website.

 

06 - RESPONSIBILITIES SURFTECH EU

does not guarantee continuous access, nor the correct visualization, download, or utility of the elements and information contained on the pages of www.SurftechEU.com, which may be impeded, hindered, or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control. SURFTECH EU is not responsible for decisions that may be made as a result of accessing the content or information offered. SURFTECH EU may interrupt the service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if it detects that the use of its Website or any of the services offered on it is contrary to these General Terms of Use. SURFTECH EU is not responsible for damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from the use of the Website. It will only be responsible for removing, as soon as possible, the content that may cause such damages, provided that this is notified. In particular, it will not be responsible for damages that may arise, among others, from:

• Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone malfunctions, delays, blockages, or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads, and errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or for any other reason beyond the control of SURFTECH EU.

The administrators of SURFTECH EU reserve the right to remove, totally or partially, any content or information present on the Website. 10 - DURATION AND TERMINATION

The provision of the service of the present Web Site and the other services have in principle an indefinite duration. However, SURFTECH EU may terminate or suspend any of the services of the portal. When it is possible, SURFTECH EU will announce the termination or suspension of the provision of the determined service.

11 - FORCE MAJEURE

SURFTECH EU shall not be liable in the event of impossibility to provide service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunication lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous event.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without the need for justification, for all orders that have not been made to measure or following the customer's instructions. To do so, the following form must be completed:

Conditions of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, TABLAS SURF COMPANY, S. L makes available to buyers their right to exercise the right of withdrawal on the purchase made, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without incurring additional costs, except as provided for extraordinary expenses outside the basic delivery established in the General Conditions of Purchase accepted or by the deterioration in the handling of the product for which the buyer is responsible.
Once TABLAS SURF COMPANY, S.L. has been notified of the withdrawal by the buyer, the buyer must proceed to the return of the articles/products purchased as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 20 calendar days from the notification of the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:
(a) The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised.
b) The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
c) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
