Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product. Please ensure the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, with all tags, warranties, and instructions included.

Return Conditions:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
• Only items in perfect condition will be accepted for returns; products must include original packaging, labels, and any provided documentation.

Return Process:

1. Contact our team by sending an email to surftech@tablassurfshop.com or calling +34 985354700 .
2. Once we receive the product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund according to the original payment method:
• If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
• If you paid via bank transfer, we will request a bank account number to issue the refund.
3. The refund may take up to 14 calendar days from the moment you exercise your right to return.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors:

In the case of defective products or shipping errors, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Please note that we do not accept returns shipped with postage due. Before sending any item back, please contact us.
